Expert Learning Advisor

We are seeking an expert learning advisor to join our team and drive the development of a comprehensive learning strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of learning functions, needs detection, content curation, and learning architecture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Learning in driving the learning strategy and organizational learning agenda.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and HRBPs to identify impactful learning solutions and products.
  • Be a reference point for learning topics, latest research, market trends, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or more than 8 years in an expert L&D role.
  • Demonstrated experience in learning functions: needs detection, content curation, and learning architecture.
  • Depth of experience in online instructional designing, learning architecture, digital learning platforms, and technology-enhanced learning.
