We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to onboard priority accounts across the market. You will utilize your consultative approach to offer strategic media solutions to clients, create compelling sales propositions, and develop best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
You will also be responsible for educating partners on TikTok products and best practices, ensuring that advertising partners receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service, and driving revenue growth through partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cross-network performance solutions selling, with a proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals. They will be proficient in Spanish and English, with writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, and must be willing to work in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

About the Role
- Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities
- Drive revenue growth through partnerships

- Educate partners on TikTok products and best practices
- Ensure that advertising partners receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
- 5+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience
- Experience working with key stakeholders across South America
- Proficient in Spanish and English, with writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to work in Buenos Aires, Argentina
