Advanced IT Professional: System Analysis and Delivery Specialist

Job Summary:
    We seek a skilled Systems Analyst to drive information system analysis, design, and delivery. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality systems.

    Key Responsibilities:
• Gather client requirements
• Identify non-functional requirements
• Convert requirements to Use Cases and User Stories
• Work closely with the Design team to capture functionality in mock-ups/prototypes
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to establish project schedules and delivery goals
• Serve as a Product Owner and provide functional clarifications to the QA team
• Perform User Acceptance Testing in a staging environment
• Demo products to client teams, capture feedback, and convert it into backlog for the development team

    Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 6-8 years of experience working with information technologies and systems analysis
• 2-3 years of client-facing roles
• Proven experience and strong understanding of systems architecture and analysis & design
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence
• Strong business planning skills
• Strong partnering skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding and knowledge of data modeling principles and practices associated with databases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with associates at all levels within the organization
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills
• Ability to be self-directed and a self-starter

Preferred but not required:
• Experience with data modeling
