Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist.

This role involves providing top-notch support to users across the globe, ensuring seamless operation of our systems and services.

  • Collaborate closely with local IT teams in São Paulo, London, Berlin, Munich, and Singapore to provide support for users throughout North and South America and globally.
  • Work with colleagues to resolve tickets, escalate and communicate with requestors about ticket status, diagnose problems using structured methods and referencing best practices.
  • Leverage logging and monitoring to identify and optimize problems and improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, strong soft skills for first-line support, and a keen eye for detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Understanding of IT concepts such as prioritization, trade-off analysis, isolation, testing in different environments, deductive reasoning, and security best practices.
  • Awareness of security controls (AV, MFA), risks, and best practices.
  • Ability to describe problems and troubleshooting steps in a structured and detailed manner.
