Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to support our factory operations as an IT Field Support Specialist.

About the Role

This position involves providing technical assistance for hardware and software systems on the production floor, resolving technical issues, and assisting in the deployment of digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of production-related IT infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide first-level IT support for factory floor systems, including PCs, HMIs, printers, scanners, and network devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal downtime and smooth IT operations.
  • Document incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client office. We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible, promoting a healthy work-life balance through various wellbeing programs.
