Job Overview:

This role is an opportunity to excel in a hybrid position that combines knowledge of payment processes with training and development.

Based in Recife, Brazil, you will work closely with the Asian team to learn and understand their payment processes. In turn, you will be responsible for creating training materials for the future Payments team in Brazil.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to identify and resolve issues related to payment performance, discrepancies, and transaction flows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payment Performance Analysis: Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize payment processes.
  • Training and Development: Create comprehensive training materials to educate the Payments team on payment processes, reconciliation, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Strong Knowledge of Payment Processes: The ability to analyze and understand complex payment systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues related to payment performance, discrepancies, and transaction flows.
  • Reconciliation Experience: Proven experience in reconciliations and the ability to spot and resolve issues like delays, declines, and chargebacks.
  • B2/Advanced English Skills: Fluency in B2-level English or higher, with excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in iGaming, banking, or similar industries, with a strong understanding of payment processes and regulatory requirements.
