We are seeking an individual to support our human resources department in various capacities, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and cross-department collaboration.
- Recruitment: This involves posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with campus recruitment.
- Employee Relations: The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the onboarding and offboarding process, visa procedures, and other employee care activities.
- Training & Development: This role requires assistance with language and onboarding training, tracking effectiveness, and maintaining records.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: The selected candidate will translate HR documents, support communication between headquarters and Brazil, and provide data for HR projects.
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess certain skills and qualifications. These include:
- Languages: Advanced English is a requirement, with Chinese being a desirable asset.
- Education: A student or graduate in Human Resources, Business, International Relations, or a related field is essential.
- Skills: Proficiency in HR basics, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems is required; prior internship experience in multinational corporations is preferred.
- Qualities: Cross-cultural adaptability, strong communication, teamwork, and knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and culture are highly valued.
