Job Description

The IT Service Operations Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and services.

  • System Integration: Validate local products based on headquarters' architecture standards and execute procurement and device purchases.
  • Collaboration with Headquarters and Local Service Providers: Collaborate with headquarters and local service providers for the purchase, installation, configuration, and upgrade of network equipment and low-voltage systems.
  • Project Management: Manage system integration projects to ensure solutions align with headquarters' technical requirements and optimize execution according to local needs.
  • IT Infrastructure and Network Management: Develop and implement localized IT solutions, ensuring maintenance and operations align with headquarters standards.
  • Service Coordination: Manage onsite services including desktop operations, IT asset management, and maintenance of public IT services.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Validating local products based on headquarters' architecture standards.
  2. Executing procurement and device purchases.
  3. Collaborating with headquarters and local service providers.
  4. Managing system integration projects.
  5. Developing and implementing localized IT solutions.
  6. Coordinating onsite services.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT service management, with overseas work experience preferred.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English, or Arabic and English, for effective communication is preferred.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, quick response capabilities, and project collaboration skills. The successful candidate will be able to work in a multicultural environment and manage teams effectively.
