What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a junior to mid-level sales expert with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our growing team.

You will be proactive, goal-driven, and have a strong tenacity to make things happen, directly interacting with clients and moving the sales cycle efficiently.

Your Tasks

  1. Convince gyms/clubs to join Boddy's global network (free of cost).
  2. Sell member programs to gyms/clubs (with recurring fees).
  3. Present Boddy to gyms and club owners and educate them on its benefits.
  4. Convert prospective clients into long-term partners/customers.
  5. Achieve the company's targets by opening up new cities (building a strong portfolio).
  6. Build, maintain, and grow relationships with customers, including key accounts.
  7. Interact closely with operations for onboarding and maintenance of accounts.
  8. Travel to meet prospects and customers within your assigned territory.
  9. Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.

Your Profile

We are looking for a sales expert with a proven track record of hitting targets and boosting revenue, with a well-balanced mix of acquisition (sales) and relationship-building skills.

Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as being goal-driven, structured, and a self-starter with a can-do mindset.

Proficient in Portuguese and English, and experienced in the use of CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot), you will be equipped with a personal network of fitness & wellness operators.
