- Education: Master's or bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, with a focus on the payments industry.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage high-level client relationships.
- Language: Fluency in English and (Brazilian) Portuguese.
- Digital Payments Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience in the digital payments industry.
- Global Business Acumen: Experience working or studying abroad, with an understanding of global business practices.
