The Channel Growth Specialist plays a vital role in enabling the sales process for client products and services in an assigned territory/client.
About The Role:
This is a full-time opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and management to improve sales processes and achieve a positive customer experience.
- Develop strong relationships with key channel partners, managing their needs and supporting them in driving sales through these channels.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly consultative reviews and health checks analyzing our needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Create and deliver training to the sales team, sharing important insights and promoting the unique value and benefits of products.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with important channel partners and support a team to drive sales through these channels.
- Improve customer retention and revenue growth for an established customer base while providing accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
- Achieve defined metrics by promoting the sale of products and services to a portfolio of strategic channel engagement partners.
- Create talk tracks specifically related to customer health and use predictive data to identify 'at-risk' customers.
- Maintain overall health of channel, ensuring high satisfaction levels, with constant evaluation of channel experience and use feedback to make improvements.
- Manage all channel escalations and coordinate delivery of prompt and successful resolution, while maintaining communication to client and our teams.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to identify and address any issues that may arise in the sales process.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are required to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
