Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is a key role at SHEIN, responsible for driving sales growth and improving the performance of managed sellers. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and order volume for managed sellers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion sellers, providing support and guidance to help them succeed.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to category managers, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Full graduation (new graduates welcome).
- Strong sales aptitude and ability to drive results.
- Experience in managing marketplace partners and driving sales growth.
- Logical and problem-oriented thinking, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced English language skills.
- Experience in the fashion industry or related field is a plus.
