The Business Development Manager is a key role at SHEIN, responsible for driving sales growth and improving the performance of managed sellers. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and order volume for managed sellers.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion sellers, providing support and guidance to help them succeed.
  3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Prepare and present detailed reports to category managers, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Full graduation (new graduates welcome).
  2. Strong sales aptitude and ability to drive results.
  3. Experience in managing marketplace partners and driving sales growth.
  4. Logical and problem-oriented thinking, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced English language skills.
  6. Experience in the fashion industry or related field is a plus.
