Our team is looking for a skilled professional to assume key responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs, including technical, operational, and behavioral training;
  • Develop and manage the training calendar, ensuring timely delivery of training sessions;
  • Conduct onboarding for new employees and ensure a smooth transition into their roles;
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on career development and growth opportunities;
  • Manage and maintain the company's learning management system (LMS) to ensure seamless access to training materials and resources;
  • Assist in the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance the employee experience;
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and workflows;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI-SPHR/GPHR;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a leadership or advisory capacity;
  • Experience with LMS systems and e-learning platforms;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • A passion for lifelong learning, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
