About the Role

Citibank is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Client Relationship Manager. This is a key role that requires a deep understanding of banking and investment products, as well as excellent communication and diplomacy skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.
  • Solution Development: Work with product specialists and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients' individual needs.
  • Business Development: Identify cross-sell opportunities and drive innovation in the solutions we provide clients.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies/guidelines at all times, and actively protect Citi's assets and reputation.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of providing sound banking and financial advice and solutions to clients.
  • Knowledge: Sound knowledge of banking and investment products, as well as an intermediate level of Early Warning Detection skills.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with a positive/can-do approach and a high level of energy and motivation.
Education
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, with a CPA certification.
