About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our team in ensuring the reliability and performance of our equipment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to guarantee equipment availability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure compliance with OEM recommendations and maintenance standards.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Ensure quality and timely completion of all maintenance activities, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Manage service compliances, inventory, and resource planning to optimize maintenance operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including plant managers and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with central maintenance teams to share best practices and improve overall maintenance performance.
Requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Experience with maintenance planning, coordination, and execution, with a focus on equipment reliability and performance.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance standards, regulations, and best practices.
