Job Overview

The Manager I, B2B Sales is a key leadership role that oversees the sales teams to drive revenue and business growth.

  • Lead the team to achieve business objectives and meet assigned performance targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and ensure CRM data accuracy.
  • Remove roadblocks and help team members resolve challenges to support sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and drive team call time and productivity.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions with team members.
  • Analyze data and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays.
  • Stay current on market developments and ensure the team is informed on the latest trends.
  • Be a point of escalation for clients and respond promptly to issues.

This leadership role requires 4+ years of proven work experience in a sales role, 1+ year of experience in a leadership position, fluency in English, and experience in a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer experience, driving team results, excellent coaching history, and a record of developing and retaining great employees.

The Manager I, B2B Sales will also be responsible for working with client contacts on reporting and forecasting, coordinating team incentives, and building business relationships with partners to ensure customer expectations are met.
