Job Description
The Fashion Category Lead will define the long-term strategy, leading key initiatives, and setting future direction of the category.
This role is responsible for the P&L of the Fashion category.
Providing industry knowledge and leveraging own network to ensure success of category is crucial in this position.
A strong team leader, you will hire and develop a talented team to drive business growth and adoption of livestream and short videos.
You will acquire and incubate Fashion brand principals and business partners to support category growth.
Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into partners' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently.
Cross-functional collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with different teams to unlock partners' potential on the platform.
You will navigate through ambiguity, adapting to frequent changes and influencing key stakeholders to drive decisions for the category.
Solving key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams is essential in this position.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor degree and above, network within the Fashion space and strong knowledge of the Brazilian Fashion industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation are required.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills are necessary for this role.
Customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity are also essential.
Strong sense of social content, practical experience in the social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories are required.
Solid experience in people management and leading a diverse team, with solid experience of owning P&L are also necessary.
