Our company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities to provide support to customers via videoconferences, emails, and chats. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, documenting customer interactions, and escalating complex problems to higher-level teams. This role will also involve developing knowledge base articles, FAQs, and technical documentation to assist customers and internal team members.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications, as well as experience with support tools and ticketing systems. Additionally, they will possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent time management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role, providing support for software applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Python programming language and relevant experience with RPA and Intelligent Automation projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as good relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion, Slack, and other productivity tools.
