
Trucking Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their goals while ensuring all safety and compliance requirements are met.
This position involves maximising revenue per truck by planning and executing data-driven strategies tailored to different driver profiles' needs. You will negotiate the best rates with Freight Brokers, seeking competitive options that benefit both parties. Additionally, you will monitor and balance home time requests with operational needs, ensuring optimal service hours and billing efficiency.
Your responsibilities will also include communicating daily with drivers to optimize productivity and reduce turnover. You will track cargo from dispatch to delivery and resolve issues promptly. Furthermore, you will perform administrative tasks, complete documentation, and ensure required attachments for cargo billing.
You will be responsible for updating load information into our platform and maintaining relationships with Freight Brokers. Finally, you will monitor fleet performance indicators and plan revenue goals with customers.
Requirements:- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
