Foundry Business Expansion Opportunity

The role involves driving the growth of the foundry business in India through strategic market penetration, project management, and value-added services.

  • Design and implement targeted sales strategies for the Indian Foundry market.
  • Develop a pipeline of new customers and business prospects.
  • Achieve target margins for the foundry business through effective value proposition delivery.
  • Enhance market awareness of the Indian Foundry Bentonite Business and its value drivers.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and understand Clariant's product portfolio.
  • Initiate and expand the Foundry Bentonite Business, acquiring new customers.
  • Provide tailored solutions to address customers' unmet needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Foundry / Metallurgical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales for the foundry industry.
  • Ability to establish the foundry business from scratch for the India Market.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and responsible with a commitment to quality and safety.
