Pricing and Revenue Growth Strategist

As a Pricing and Revenue Growth Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our pricing strategy, leveraging analytics to drive revenue growth and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute EBANX's pricing strategy, leveraging analytics to drive revenue growth and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance.
  • Find opportunities for new pricing, offering, packaging, and bundling strategies that will contribute to strategic goals and revenue growth.
  • Stay abreast of competitive pricing trends and utilize knowledge for policy recommendations as well as analytics, client, and product strategies and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with our engineering, data science, design, and strategy teams to drive business results.
  • Assist with building financial targets and drive collaborative discussion on those targets.
  • Train commercial team regarding pricing principles and pricing strategy; provide clear tools and direction to support the communication of pricing to partners.
  • Manage and track policy, volume, and revenue performance by partner and enterprise-wide.
  • Establish KPIs, identify gaps, and improve financial performance.

Requirements:

  • Deep experience (+4 years) in Pricing or Consulting.
  • Revenue planning policy-making & operational implementation experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable and comfortable with developing and providing well-structured communications, presentations, and reporting to all levels of the organization.
  • Strong aptitude for analytics; demonstrated ability to develop sophisticated financial models and draw value-added insights from large amounts of financial data.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams to create scalable solutions, monitor business performance, and interpret key performance metrics into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a "peer" with functions.
  • Creation and implementation of operational processes resulting in high-quality output preferred.
  • Technical proficiency in these systems is preferred - SalesForce, Power BI, and MS Office Suite programs.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
