Senior Customer Growth Executive

As a Senior Customer Growth Executive at Infobip, you will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with top-tier clients to achieve overall customer health and growth. You will serve as a focal point for clients, meeting their business and technical expectations, and coordinating different teams to best serve the customer.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned clients to achieve overall customer health and growth.
- Serve as a focal point for clients, meeting their business and technical expectations.
- Coordinate different teams to best serve the customer.
- Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs to ensure overall business growth for assigned clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer growth and retention.
- Work closely with Customer Success for existing and future SaaS business.
- Analyze and forecast client traffic to ensure ongoing business growth, minimize losses, and maximize GP/revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Communications, IT, Telecommunications, or other related degree.
- Minimum years of experience in BB Enterprise Key Account Management, Customer Success, Client Relations, Professional services, Consultancy, or Business Development.
- Customer retention and growth experience.
- Experience in dealing and presenting to C-Level.
- Exceptional professional communication skills.
- Strong administration, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong networking and relationship building skills.
- Preferably experienced in SaaS industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
