About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Brazil and Chile. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of customer marketing strategy focused on customer expansion and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer expansion and growth in Brazil and Chile.
  • Lead the development and execution of email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns to engage with customers and drive adoption of our products.
  • Manage and optimize customer advocacy programs, including customer referral programs, customer events, and other initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless customer experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze customer-centered metrics, including NPS, CSAT, and surveys, to understand customer voice and drive business decisions.
  • Lead and develop a team of 4 specialists to support customer marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Fluent English to communicate effectively in an international environment.
  • Minimum intermediate Spanish to work with the Chilean market.
  • Relevant experience in customer marketing or demand generation teams, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Experience as a team coordinator or team leader.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing online and offline marketing projects and meeting ambitious revenue targets.
  • Proven track record in implementing inbound marketing and customer advocacy initiatives.
  • Solid analytical, execution, and problem-solving skills, including metrics-driven thinking.
