Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead our energy services projects in the Southeast Region.

This is a key leadership role that requires strong construction management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel frequently to job sites.

  • Conduct site evaluations and surveys to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time;
  • Manage and monitor contractors to ensure schedule performance, safety, and quality workmanship;
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and address any issues or concerns;
  • Develop and implement value engineering options to reduce costs and improve project outcomes;
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Municipal regulations and permits.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of field-related experience or an Electrician's certification and/or Bachelor's degree in construction, construction management, or technology;
  • A valid driver's license and an excellent driving record;
  • Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple site projects;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel.

This position requires frequent travel throughout the project territory, approximately 75% of the time. You will be working under normal office conditions for 25% of the time.
