Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with anti-money laundering and operational conformity within Natura &Co Pay.
  • Monitor clients and transactions to adhere to regulatory standards using tools and software.
  • Create, review, and maintain internal policies and procedures related to compliance and risk management.
  • Support initiatives to implement policies and procedures, including training and cultural development to ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with monitoring systems.
  • Knowledge in Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
  • Dynamic profile with fast learning capabilities and strong commitment.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, and Tableau will be a plus.
