Customer Success Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Growth team in Sao Paulo.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing mid-market clients' accounts on all levels: technical, business, support and product, and help them achieve their goals. You will work closely with operations and learning and development teams to optimize processes for the internal team.

This role requires someone who is self-motivated and driven to be ahead of the curve, someone who proactively shares relevant industry trends and new product releases. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of verticals and play a huge part in client growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client relationships and ensuring their success through various communication channels
  • Identifying and leading upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and partners teams to expand AppsFlyer's presence in the region

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar position in SAAS companies
  • Experience working with enterprise clients or in a scaled capacity (1:many)
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Technical and analytical skills
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
