We are seeking an experienced SLA Renewals Manager to drive direct and indirect opportunities, maximizing commercial outcomes while delivering compelling propositions to customers.
The successful candidate will support global sales functions in defining service offerings and pricing to meet customer requirements. They will develop and implement an action plan to increase SLA sales revenue, targeting key accounts and developing relationships with channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercially driving direct and indirect opportunities
- Supporting global sales functions in defining service offerings and pricing
- Developing and implementing an action plan for increasing SLA sales revenue
- Selling directly and in conjunction with channel partners
- Providing activity reports to the Executive Director of Customer Success and Sales
- Leading customer negotiations
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial/financial/legal/contract management
- Ability to understand and draft SLA contractual clauses
- Sales experience of negotiating complex and large service packages
- Understanding of service organisations and industry standards
- Highly competent with Microsoft packages, including complex formulas in Excel
- Experience desirable using CRM systems, especially Salesforce.com
- Articulate and well-presented
- Assertive but personable and able
- Proactive
- Polished communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent planning skills
