Job Title:

Production and Pre-production Manager

Description:

This role involves overseeing the entire event production process, from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to work across departments, and possess excellent project management abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing cost and budget spreadsheets for events
  • Coordinating jobs in competition and execution
  • Managing event production processes, control and stages, development of control documents (Schedules, T&M, Books, checklists, reports, etc)
  • Management and development of the production team
  • Management of production reports and controls (team evaluation, suppliers, and other production stages)
  • Collaborate with project, production, and customer service departments
  • Oversee all stages of event setup and operation (planning, project development, execution, controls, follow-up, and closure)
  • Hiring and managing the team involved in setup, operation, and execution
  • Implement strategies to optimize event profitability
  • Experience managing live marketing event production (fairs, exhibitions, launches, conventions, etc)
  • Aim to automate processes using the Publi system for increased efficiency
  • Plan logistics solutions for nationwide events
  • Develop new partnerships with suppliers, companies, freelancers, etc
  • Report and present processes and results to the Production Director

Requirements:
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work across departments (Management, production, projects, client service, finance)
  • Participative professional with a collaborative profile and process management skills
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Events
  • Knowledge of the Publi system
  • Additional courses in management and processes
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Intermediate English proficiency
