Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of global marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product and Market Development teams to implement key initiatives and drive improvements across all channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and local market intelligence to inform business decisions.
  • Design and launch initiatives and campaigns balancing short-term objectives with long-term strategic goals.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data to drive business decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience in pricing, revenue management, or a related analytical field; experience in the online travel or e-commerce industry is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
  • People management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing team members.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a get-things-done attitude.
