Job Title: Assistant Financial

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage sales migrations, validate transactions, and resolve discrepancies related to accounting, tax, and finance.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in accounts payable, cost centers, and banking processes, including understanding of system checks and audits across banks, card operators, transporters, and other institutions to ensure accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the process of sales migration, transaction validation, and resolution of accounting, tax, and financial discrepancies.
  2. Process payments and analyze pending issues to ensure timely resolution.
  3. Verify billing through system checks and audits to maintain accuracy.
  4. Execute payment and reconciliation procedures for cards, invoices, checks, deposits, and obligations.
