Global Procurement Lead

  • Lead global procurement operations, team management and process improvement.

  • Implement change management initiatives to support procurement process evolution and integration during company growth or expansion.
  • Serve as a key partner during global expansion efforts to onboard new entities and ensure smooth process adoption.
  • Optimize Workday functionality to meet business needs; troubleshoot system issues and implement updates.
  • Support integrations between Workday, Salesforce, and supplier platforms to enhance procurement workflows.
  • Ensure process documentation is regularly updated to reflect system or policy changes.
  • Analyze current procurement workflows to identify improvement opportunities and remove barriers to adoption.
  • Manage and maintain SOPs for procurement operations and proactively identify risks in purchasing and payment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of procurement experience with 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial position.
  • Proven record of cross-functional communication and collaboration.
  • Understanding of accrual-based accounting and related accounting principles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including intermediate Excel (pivot tables, lookup formulas, etc.).
  • Multi-currency procurement.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and take calculated risks.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
