JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy and Execution:

Formulate and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies to stimulate category and brand expansion. Ensure the attainment of market share growth objectives by defining strategic initiatives and implementing plans accordingly. Lead and strategize trade investments to optimize return on investment. Develop promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

Collaborate with the sales team to align and manage trade marketing strategies effectively. Cultivate a cooperative environment to ensure smooth execution of trade marketing initiatives.

S&OP Management:

Oversee the monthly forecasting cycle in partnership with the sales team. Provide sales insights and contributions to enhance the S&OP process.

Pricing Strategy:

Monitor pricing strategies and work with performance teams to ensure disciplined execution.

Business Review Leadership:

Facilitate trade marketing discussions during business review meetings, offering insights and recommendations.

Shopper Insights:

Examine shopper behavior by channel to identify opportunities for increasing sales. Select optimal assortments tailored to the needs of each channel.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; Proven experience in Trade Marketing; Familiarity with the beauty market; knowledge of the Brazilian market is a plus; Intermediate proficiency in English; Sales experience is desirable.
