The Customer Success Team serves as a trusted advisor for building strong relationships, driving product adoption, and empowering teams to achieve their goals.
About The Role:
- BUILDING PARTNERSHIPS - Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success.
- CLIENT ADVOCACY - Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between clients and our team.
- DRIVING ADOPTION - Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with our solution.
- ACCOUNT ONBOARDING - Take ownership of new accounts and manage their onboarding process.
- DATA-DRIVEN STRATEGY - Leverage behavioral data to segment your book of business and develop communication strategies driving the greatest impact at scale.
- EDUCATION AND ENGAGEMENT - Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on our features.
- CUSTOMER SUCCESS - Stay in touch with clients to ensure they're realizing the full potential of our platform.
- PLANS AND EXECUTION - Build, own, and execute client success and engagement plans.
- NAVIGATION AND PARTNERSHIP - Navigate client organizations to uncover additional product applications & opportunities for partnership.
- CROSS-FUNCTIONAL IMPROVEMENT - Spearhead internal cross-functional improvement projects.
- VOICE OF THE CUSTOMER - Represent the voice of the customer and influence our product development roadmap.
- PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT - Partner with Consulting and Product teams on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
Success in this role requires 4+ years of B2B SaaS customer success experience.
