- This leadership opportunity requires a background in revenue operations, proficiency in sales tools, and a track record of driving strategic initiatives for revenue enhancement.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a master's degree being a plus.
5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales support, or a similar role are required. Proven experience in managing and leading teams, with a focus on process improvement and KPI management, is essential.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, SpringCM, and other Sales Operations tools is necessary.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
Excellent communication, customer service, and business requirements gathering skills are essential.
Ability to own director and above cross-functional relationships and set clear expectations with leadership is crucial.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Revenue Support team, including Revenue Operations Support Specialists at various levels.
- Own and drive the improvement of Strategic Account processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and revenue objectives.
- Oversee the resolution of escalated priorities and complex cases, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Develop and manage KPIs to measure the effectiveness of Rev Ops Support team, including case and contract velocity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to optimize deal processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the revenue operation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Own and drive the implementation of transformation initiatives related to Revenue Support and Strategic Accounts.
