Lead and Develop a High-Performing Sales Team in Latin AmericaReporting to the Global Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead our dynamic sales organization to new heights in Latin America. You will be at the forefront of our expansion in a region where our solutions are becoming increasingly essential for businesses navigating complex compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire the Latin American sales organization to achieve and exceed ambitious targets while developing a world-class team of sales professionals.
  • Partner with global sales leaders to establish, document, and drive adoption of sales best practices and key performance metrics across all regions.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to provide strategic regional direction and tactical plans to capitalize on the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape in Latin America, ensuring we maintain market leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional leaders to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless integration of sales with other business functions.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with 5+ years successfully leading sales teams, with experience in Latin American markets.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth in the technology industry, with SaaS or enterprise software experience strongly preferred.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities with demonstrated success in developing high-performing teams across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute tactically and drive measurable results.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
