Position Overview

We are in search of a Supply Planning Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Code Management: Responsible for the creation and maintenance of product codes, including activation and termination as necessary on a global scale.
  • Global Product Assortment Planning: Conduct analysis and ensure the upkeep of product assortments.
  • Demand and Inventory Planning: Oversee global marketing materials and business supplies.
  • Purchase Order Management: Collaborate with Marketing on purchase order processes for necessary marketing materials and business supplies, including vendor communication and follow-up.
  • Global Pricing Management: Manage pricing for marketing and business supplies while assisting in various pricing activities, including new product introductions and annual vendor negotiations.
  • Additional Duties: Accept other responsibilities as assigned and ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards outlined in corporate policies.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or analytical capacity.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment.
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced setting with a degree of ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment in daily decision-making processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
