Job Summary

As a critical member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for analyzing and maintaining inventory levels to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to our customers. Your expertise in demand analysis, inventory management, and supply chain optimization will be essential in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze daily demand patterns and identify abnormal trends to inform supply replenishment plans.
  • Determine optimal inventory levels, locations, and safety stocks to meet customer service levels while minimizing costs.
  • Pull material requirements into regions based on local demand plans and sales history.
  • Execute master data setup for material management in assigned warehouses.
  • Manage inventory levels and health, including proactive shelf-life monitoring and non-productive inventory management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate demand forecasts and address interregional supply issues.
  • Monitor key metrics and conduct root cause analysis to inform corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., supply chain management, business administration, logistics).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, customer service, sales, or production planning.
  • Excellent business English communication skills.
  • Local language communication skills (Spanish intermediate proficiency desired).
  • Analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in SAP or similar systems.
