The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business requirements, facilitating workshops and conducting interviews, and developing clear and thorough process maps. They will also be expected to navigate complex project landscapes, deliver quality outcomes, and collaborate with business SMEs to gather insights.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on Business Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
  • Experience with problem solving methodologies such as DMAIC, LEAN or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse business processes and workflows
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and conducting interviews, eliciting and developing business requirements
