Business Growth Specialist

Job Overview

The Key Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients. This involves ensuring their satisfaction and driving mutual business growth through strategic account management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive sales processes with high-value clients, including presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to penetrate and expand the sales base.
  • Nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customers' needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Track industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide market feedback to enhance the company's offerings and market positioning.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the brand.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Contribute to the Strategic Plan by providing insights on Enterprise customers and market trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Account Management or Enterprise sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in software sales in the RPA, Intelligent Automation, or iPaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to large accounts and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficient with tools such as Hubspot, Apollo, Sales Navigator.
  • Fluent English.
