At Darkroom, we're dedicated to scaling the world's best ideas. As our Amazon Brand Manager, you'll develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our brand clients, implementing core strategies to drive growth. You'll work cross-functionally with our growth and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute brand strategy, including channel selection, product strategy, pricing strategy, and go-to-market approach.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Marketplaces to maintain quality control of the catalog, ensuring accurate information and consistent product and pricing updates across Amazon's marketplace.
  • Measure and report on category/item performance, providing suggestions for continuous improvement strategies to enhance catalog performance.
  • Build client relationships through consistent and frequent communication, ensuring output meets client expectations and managing client agendas.
  • Maintain accurate catalogs of various client products through product catalog uploading via vendor portals.
  • Identify and report opportunities for product sales conversion using merchandising, enhanced content, and A/B testing.
  • Manage forecasting of annual sales, inventory planning, and replenishment.
  • Implement marketing roadmaps and program innovation to drive growth using Promos, Coupons, CPC ads, and Display ads.
  • Work closely with the PPC Manager to set ACOS/TACOS goals in line with client expectations.
  • Perform market research, monitoring trends, and keeping a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace, analyzing brand positioning, consumer insights, and other data.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a brand management role with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central channels and E-commerce marketplaces.
  • Experience with digital assets, A+/EBC content, SEO, Copywriting, and Parent/Child Variations.
  • Experience with is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics and data usage.
  • Experience building processes and reporting that impact brands at scale.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter seeking to grow our clients' business and drive positive results.
