- Analyze existing software to create detailed specifications for future development.
- Evaluate documentation to guarantee accurate implementation and minimize errors.
- Develop comprehensive qualification specifications for model testing, ensuring thorough evaluation and validation.
- Write high-quality code in C#, Visual Basic, and .Net, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Maintain quality aspects of software methodology in accordance with company and industry standards, promoting continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).

- 6+ years of technical experience with established leadership credentials, demonstrating expertise and vision.
- 3+ years of experience developing desktop and server-based applications, showcasing adaptability and skill.
- Strong theoretical background in differential equations and continuum mechanics, facilitating innovative problem-solving.
- Ability to analyze complex physical problems and create mathematical models, driving insightful solutions.
- Advanced/Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel and VBA, optimizing workflow and productivity.
- Basic/Intermediate knowledge of C#, Visual Basic, and .Net programming, ensuring robust and efficient coding.
- Familiarity with commercial software such as Matlab and Mathcad, expanding technical capabilities.
