We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as an Energy Analyst, playing a key role in shaping our position as a leading advisor and thought leader in the region.

As an Energy Analyst, you will work closely with case and proposal teams to deliver cutting-edge analysis and expert guidance on various energy-related topics. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing valuable insights that drive business decisions and growth.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions for clients across various sectors.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on energy markets, trends, and technologies to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and industry partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Industrial or other relevant Engineering fields, Economics, Physics, or related fields.
  • At least 1+ year of relevant work experience in the energy sector or consulting industry.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel with deep experience in using large models.
  • Deep knowledge of key energy sector databases in Brazil, including but not limited to auction data, plant technical specs, and load, generation, supply, and demand figures.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini, and experience with Python and GitHub Copilot is a plus.
