Job Summary

As a customer-facing professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving value and fostering product adoption with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the client relationship and leading the account within the client organization team.
  • Understanding the client's business model, revenue streams, market dynamics, challenges, and key competitors.
  • Becoming an expert in our platform and products to provide training, guidance, and advice, helping clients translate their objectives into usage and implementation.
  • Establishing trusted relationships with each client.
  • Serving as a strategic connector across internal teams, ensuring the right resources engage with key stakeholders at clients.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Preferably with Marketing Technology experience.
  • English & Portuguese language proficiency required.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience working with Enterprise Clients (annual revenue exceeding $100m) preferred.
