Vizrt Technical Pre-Sales Expert

The Pre-Sales Center of Expertise is an integral part of our Global Customer Success organization, ensuring seamless customer experiences through technical and commercial competence. Our team consists of skilled Technical Pre-Sales Consultants who act as trusted partners to customers and Sales teams, identifying requirements, designing commercially viable solutions, and qualifying opportunities.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Consultant based in Atlanta, Georgia or Sao Paulo, Brazil. In this exciting role, you will provide expert technical and commercial guidance, serving as a product evangelist and trusted advisor to our customers and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main link between sales and project delivery teams, fostering close relationships and successful conversions from initial interest to professional services handover for project delivery.
- Closely collaborate with customers and internal sales teams to define solutions that meet technical requirements using our existing portfolio.
- Support sales teams in customer meetings, delivering custom demonstrations, proof of concepts, time and resource estimations, high-level designs, RFP replies, demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
- Provide and present product demonstrations (onsite and remote demos), including advanced product features and benefits specific to customer requirements.
- Evaluate the technical integrity and risks inherent in a solution within the context of a business requirement to ensure proposed recommendations are appropriate and implementable.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with Global teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with real-time graphics design and virtual set technologies.
- Proven experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, Pre-sales, Solution Architect, or Technical Product Evangelist roles.
- Experience in the broadcast industry and software for TV Productions.
- Experience with working with Cloud Environments, preferably AWS and IP technologies, preferably NDI and 2110.
- Self-motivated, proactive attitude, highly responsive to customer requirements, and ability to work on multiple requests running in parallel.
- Availability to travel as necessary to present Vizrt systems and integrations at customer sites across the Americas.
- Languages: business fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a distinct advantage.
Compensation Package:
$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
