About the Team

TikTok is a leading platform for delivering innovative commerce experiences to users worldwide. Our commerce team is responsible for building a secure, intuitive, and innovative ecosystem that meets the needs of our users.

Responsibilities
  1. Acquire and manage top business partners in Brazil, focusing on categories such as fashion, beauty, home and living, and electronics.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with partners, negotiate deals, and secure best outcomes.
  3. Help partners expand their exposure through creator collaborations or building their own capabilities.
  4. Discover new opportunities that fit partners' short-term and long-term development plans.
  5. Maintain service quality provided by partners, ensuring low cancelation and return rates, positive reviews, and high conversion rates.
  6. Utilize data to understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities, and prioritize solutions.
Requirements
  1. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
  2. Customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity.
  3. 3+ years of relevant working experience.
  4. Fluent in English and Portuguese, with good communication and collaboration skills in a global working environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience in relatable in-category management, at a large partner, agency side, or other company with specialization in Fashion/Beauty/Home&Living/Electronics/Healthcare category.
  2. Strong sense of social content, practical experience in social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories.
  3. Collaborative and open to changes and challenges, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
