
Customer Support Specialist

As a valued team member, you will play a critical role in supporting customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Your key responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the customer base by responding to questions, concerns, and account inquiries.
- Process payments for cash account customers.
- Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the liaison between departments when necessary.
- Provide backup support to sales counters with walk-in and telephone inquiries.
- High School Degree or Equivalent is required.
- Associates' Degree (U.S.) or College Diploma (Canada) is preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience are required.
- Solid interpersonal skills to work effectively in a diverse environment are essential.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing is crucial.
- Strong attention to detail is necessary.
- Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times is vital.
