Key Responsibilities

This role involves leading the development of sales systems and tools to enhance productivity and effectiveness for frontline sales teams. The ideal candidate will have expertise in identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and unmet needs through research and partnership.

The successful applicant will create a strategic product vision that aligns user workflows, business goals, and emerging trends in sales operations. They will define mid- to long-term initiatives to improve productivity, scalability, and system usability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven success leading strategic product initiatives in complex environments.
  • Ability to think holistically and long-term with a focus on solving systemic issues.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify meaningful insights, and use metrics to drive strategic decision.
  • Experience working in or closely with field sales, tele-sales, or sales operations organizations.
