About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team at Betfair International. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in shaping the customer experience and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Champion: Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, providing personalized support and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers through proactive communication, empathy, and personalized interaction.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service approach, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to drive excellence.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and comfort using the internet.
  • Industry Knowledge: Genuine interest and knowledge of sports and gaming products.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy, with a strong team player attitude and willingness to learn.
