Job Description:This is a full-time position that requires working Sunday to Thursday, from 7am to 4pm EST. As a Content Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our website content.
Top performers in this role will be rewarded with promotions, remuneration progression, and performance bonuses.
Responsibilities:- Assess, prioritize, and manage incoming website edit requests based on complexity and expected execution time.
- Handle complex or sensitive customer cases with professionalism and empathy.
- Execute website edits directly when required, ensuring design and functionality standards are met.
- Monitor and assess customer satisfaction, taking steps to improve the overall experience.
- Educate customers on the use of our tools and platform capabilities.
- Become an expert in our platform to support both customers and internal team members.
Pay: R$6,555.84 per month
