Job Description

This individual will oversee the development and implementation of a multi-year procurement strategy aligned with global objectives.

  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure cohesive procurement practices across LATAM sites.
  • Manage the procurement network, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources accordingly.
  • Provide strategic inputs to inform global mid-term planning.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year procurement plan, fostering collaboration across functions to support quality, delivery, costs, and risk management in LATAM.
  • Support regional stakeholders on quality, delivery, cost, and risk aspects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics
  • Master's degree/MBA desirable
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in procurement
  • Fluent English, advanced Spanish
  • Strong vision, collaboration, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment
  • Leadership and excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and problem-solving capabilities
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to manage tight deadlines
  • Willingsness to travel nationally and internationally as needed
